Cucumber Mint Margarita
A crisp, spa-fresh frozen margarita with cucumber, mint, tequila and lime.
- 5 min prep
- 2 drinks
- Rocks glass
This is the margarita for the hottest afternoon of the year. Cucumber and mint are cooling by nature, and frozen together with tequila they taste like a breeze.
Peel the cucumber partially for a pale green color, or leave the skin on for a deeper shade.

Tips for the best texture

- A tiny pinch of salt in the blend brings out the cucumber flavor.
Try a twist
Add a slice of jalapeño for a cool-and-spicy combo.
Blender, frozen drink maker or slush machine?
These amounts are written for a standard countertop blender. In an ice-shaving frozen drink maker, put the ice in the hopper and the liquids and any fruit in the jar, then run a full cycle. In a home slush machine, which freezes the drink itself, leave out the ice, replace it with about 1 cup of cold water or juice, and pour the mixed liquid into the bowl.
